SP Energy Networks has developed and introduced a collaborative IT application known as the Connections Registration and Management System (CRAM) for the management and tracking of customer connections projects from request,
quotation and design approval through to energisation and adoption.
The system is an Internet based solution that allows for collaborative working between SP Energy Networks and Independent Connection Providers.
The system operates in real time and provides full project visibility including audit trails, while maintaining confidentiality of information.
C-RAM is available to all accredited ICPs once the approved training is complete and the confidentiality requirements have been met.
